The Role: Confirmit (Forsta Plus) Survey Programmer

M3 Global Research is seeking a skilled Confirmit (Forsta Plus) Survey Programmer to join our team. You will be responsible for programming market research studies based on client materials, ensuring data integrity, and meeting timeline and budget expectations. This role is key to enhancing department efficiency by adhering to and contributing to best practices. You will collaborate closely with other programmers and project managers, and potentially interact directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of online survey development, meticulously reviewing client materials.
• Deliver high-quality surveys that accurately reflect client requirements.
• Effectively resolve amendments during the quality assurance and client testing phases.
• Exceed client satisfaction by:
• Proactively suggesting design improvements for better panelist comprehension.
• Meeting all programming timelines.
• Resolving data issues promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborating with clients on custom solutions.
• Prepare surveys for deployment and set up tracking links.
• Liaise with Data Processing to fulfill client deliverable requirements, including dashboards and specific data needs.
• Contribute to process improvements through assigned tasks that enhance capabilities, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Engage in reporting and information exchange with management, and continuously learn new data collection technologies.

Qualifications:

• Expert Knowledge: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Confirmit (Forsta Plus) is mandatory.
• Market Research Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in market research, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
• Multitasking: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Learning Agility: Ingenuity and a strong willingness to learn new techniques.
• Accuracy & Integrity: Commitment to accuracy and delivering work correctly the first time.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a "think outside the box" approach.
