Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 10:55 PM - 7:05 AM
• Includes a $1.00/hour shift differential.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate Injection Molding machines by loading/unloading parts and making basic adjustments.
• Inspect parts and take measurements to ensure top-quality production.
• Keep machines running smoothly with basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Track production, maintain workflow, and communicate issues quickly.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO 14001, IATF 16949, 6IMS) and escalate issues as needed.

What You Bring:

Experience:

• 1–2 years in a manufacturing or machine operator role (3+ years is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills:

• Mechanical mindset with the ability to learn Injection Molding processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable reading work instructions and using measurement tools.
• Basic math, computer skills, and understanding of the metric system.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to show up and contribute.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced manufacturing setting with active machinery and production flow.
• PPE required (safety glasses and safety toe shoes).
• Team-focused environment where your work makes a direct impact.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull materials with equipment.
• Stay active with constant movement, hand use, and standing.
• Perform occasional bending, reaching, and kneeling.
