About The Role

This is a remote, full-time position requiring availability during 8 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with an average of up to 9 hours per day, occasionally requiring 10 hours. Candidates must reside in North America, Europe, or South Africa and possess fluent, accent-neutral English communication skills, which are essential for our coaching-focused business.

Requirements

  • Full-Time Commitment: Ability to commit to full-time hours (our core office hours are 9 AM - 6 PM EST, with flexibility for different time zones).
  • Client Onboarding: Conduct daily new onboarding calls to welcome students.
  • Coaching & Accountability: Lead daily check-in coaching calls to hold students accountable, motivate, and inspire them within the program. This includes conducting 1:1 Zoom calls or recording Loom videos as needed.
  • Client Communication: Message clients daily to ensure accountability to their execution plans and moderate the community.
  • Group Coaching: Host weekly group coaching calls to address client questions.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to confidently guide clients and answer their questions.
  • Product Innovation: Contribute to product innovation by creating and producing new video trainings and worksheets to enhance the client experience.
  • Sales & Renewals: Conduct renewal and upgrade calls with clients, enrolling them into backend coaching programs.
  • Tech Proficiency: Be proficient or knowledgeable in our tech stack (Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, CRM, etc.) or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn these tools quickly.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic role that requires staying agile, ready for action, and adaptable to change.
  • Reporting & Detail: Responsible for daily reporting across multiple communication channels (Slack, text, spreadsheets, etc.), requiring high attention to detail and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Process Improvement: Demonstrate a high attention to detail and understanding of systems/processes to innovate and implement more efficient SOPs, ensuring the Fulfillment Team meets KPIs.
