About the Role

Bloomreach is building the world's premier agentic platform for personalization, leveraging AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey through autonomous search, conversational shopping, and autonomous marketing, all powered by Loomi AI. We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market activities for technical platform launches, search, and strategic ISV partnerships (Databricks, AWS, GCP, Snowflake). This role is ideal for someone passionate about building rapidly scaling products with partners, possessing an agentic mindset, and excited by the synergy of technology and marketing. You will work closely with experienced product marketers to shape Bloomreach's platform and partner strategy, contributing to a high-visibility team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic ISV Partnerships GTM (AWS, GCP, Snowflake)

  • Own the go-to-market motion for Bloomreach's technical partnerships.
  • Develop joint positioning, support marketplace listings, coordinate co-marketing activities, and build collateral for effective co-selling.
  • Serve as the day-to-day PMM point of contact for partnership programs.

Technical Platform Launches

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for technical product launches.
  • Develop compelling narratives, tiering strategies, milestone plans, internal communications, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering to translate technical details into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with actionable learnings.

API & Agentic Narrative Support

  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story.
  • Build materials to help technical buyers (developers, architects, IT leaders) understand the capabilities of the Bloomreach platform.
  • Support the narrative around search and product discovery, connecting technical features to customer value.
  • An understanding of agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.

Customer Storylines & Sales Enablement

  • Support the creation of materials for sales and internal teams to credibly communicate Bloomreach's platform value.
  • Develop field-ready assets such as talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to develop training content and monitor field adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product, Partnerships, Sales, CS, and Marketing to execute launches and GTM programs.
  • Manage project health, tracking owners, risks, and dependencies, and proactively flagging blockers.

Other Duties

  • Undertake other job-related tasks supporting PMM and business objectives.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and professional development.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Up to 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or a closely related field, preferably at a SaaS or AI company.
  • OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to transition into marketing and storytelling.
  • Experience working with technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features, and go-to-market sales motions.
  • API/MCP fluent: comfortable understanding agentic architectures and how technical platforms deliver value. Genuine excitement about agentic and AI-driven architectures. Ability to read documentation and discuss technical concepts with engineers.
  • Strong writing skills: ability to make complex technical concepts accessible and precise for technical buyers.
  • Collaborative and proactive: thrives in cross-functional environments, takes ownership, and communicates challenges clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field is preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows is a significant plus.

Example Milestones (First Months)

Month 1 — Learn the landscape

  • Shadow senior PMMs on active launches and partnership programs.
  • Gain deep familiarity with the Bloomreach platform, Search, and the Loomi/AI narrative.
  • Meet key stakeholders in Product, Partnerships, and Sales.

Months 1–2 — First launch ownership

  • Take ownership of a technical product launch end-to-end with support.
  • Deliver a messaging brief, coordinate the internal communication plan, and produce sales enablement assets.

Month 3 — Partnership GTM ownership

  • Take the lead on AWS, GCP, and Snowflake partnership GTM.
  • Establish regular cadences with partner teams and deliver updated joint positioning documents.

Month 6 — Reflect and raise the bar

  • Deliver a post-mortem on your first major launch and present learnings to the team.
  • Contribute to Bloomreach's API/agentic narrative.
  • Develop a clear point of view on partnership trajectory and necessary adjustments.
