Responsibilities
- Development and continuous improvement of our internal dashboard (Backend + Frontend)
- Building and maintaining automations to make our processes more efficient
- Working on external frontends – including our Expo Mobile App or our Next.js Website
- Code reviews and active contribution to our codebase within the monorepo
- Prospectively: Development towards Tech Lead
Qualifications
Must-haves:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Very good knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, and React
- Solid SQL knowledge (we use PostgreSQL with Prisma)
- Fluent German language skills
- Willingness to actively use AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code in your work
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Prisma or other ORMs
- Knowledge of tRPC
- Experience with Expo / React Native
- Kubernetes know-how
- Experience with AI SDKs (e.g., Vercel AI SDK) or integrating AI Models into projects
