SAP Lead Consultant (m/w/d) SAP Transformation & Digital Supply Chain

About the Role

Join our dynamic team as a SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Transformation Lead and drive comprehensive transformations for our clients. You will be instrumental in guiding them through their transition to SAP S/4HANA, whether on-premise or in various cloud editions. This position offers a unique blend of technical leadership, strategic consulting, and business development within a specialized boutique consultancy.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

• Advise on target architectures for SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise, Private & Public Cloud).
• Apply SAP Activate methodology for seamless project execution.
• Design data-driven processes and Master Data Management (MDM) structures.
• Support Data Migration and Governance initiatives, leveraging tools like SAP Master Data Governance or SAP Data Services.
• Implement modern User Experience (UX) concepts with SAP Fiori.
• Contribute to the professional development of our Digital Supply Chain services and transformation packages.
• Actively support sales efforts, including proposal strategy and client workshops.

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Several years of experience in SAP transformations with a strong Supply Chain focus.
• Excellent end-to-end process understanding (MM, SD, and/or PP).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA (On-Premise and/or Cloud).
• Proficiency in Data Migration, MDM, and Data Quality.
• Experience in pre-sales or sales-oriented consulting.
• Industry knowledge in sectors such as Manufacturing, Automotive, or Retail is advantageous.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and confident demeanor.
• Relevant SAP module certifications and further training are desirable; additional professional qualifications are a plus.
