About the Role

Customer Success Associates are pivotal in ensuring our top customers maximize their value from the Samsara platform. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique fleet and business models, provide tailored advice on customizing Samsara, and serve as their dedicated, long-term partner. This cross-functional role provides exposure to Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, offering a comprehensive view of a hyper-growth company. This role is available to candidates who reside and are currently legally authorized to work in Canada.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using our IoT platform.
  • Develop joint success plans with customers, defining objectives, metrics, and timelines, and removing barriers to value realization.
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and Samsara leadership.
  • Conduct workshops to analyze customer operations and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Support French-speaking customers with their implementations.
  • Gain deep understanding of the Samsara platform and articulate its capabilities to diverse businesses.
  • Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams.
  • Champion and embody Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team).

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting (Enterprise SaaS experience preferred).
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
  • Previous hands-on experience with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.

An Ideal Candidate Also Has:

  • Enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and insistence on high standards.
  • Experience serving and partnering with large-scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Comfort in unstructured, fast-paced, and change-heavy environments.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $60,435—$78,210 CAD. Actual base pay may vary based on factors like location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Learn more about our total rewards and benefits below.
