What You Will Do:

• Ensure client-facing projects are on track, delivered on schedule, and within scope, collaborating with the Client Services division.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for effective project execution.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, identifying and reporting on potential blockers, risks, and deficits.
• Monitor and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting changes, risks, and suggesting improvements.
• Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain and report on the projects pipeline.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Manage project closure, ensuring smooth handover of deliverables and documentation to operations.

What You Will Need:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager/Engagement Manager, ideally with enterprise software.
• Commitment to career growth in project management.
• A degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with large, diverse virtual teams.
• Capacity to perform under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management practices and tools for performance tracking.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Proficient user of the MS Office suite.
• Experience in legal, financial, or professional services sectors is beneficial.
