About the Role

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary partner for our top enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Samsara's platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams, gaining broad exposure within a rapidly growing company. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in or near Paris. Travel to customer sites across the United Kingdom, up to 20% of the time, may be required.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure customers enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using our IoT platform.
  • Develop joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines, and removing barriers to value realization.
  • Orchestrate executive business reviews with key customer decision-makers and Samsara's executive leadership.
  • Conduct workshops to understand customer operations and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Deeply understand and articulate the capabilities of the Samsara platform to diverse businesses.
  • Serve as a mentor to the broader Customer Success and Support teams.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role; Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence are essential.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for exceeding expectations, taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
