What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a professional at the Expert level (seniority equivalent to Manager, without direct people management) to lead customer engagement strategies for credit-averse clients at Neon. In this position, you will be the primary analytical and strategic reference for the team, acting with influence-based leadership to connect data insights with direct impact on contribution margin and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the macro strategy for card sending and delivery, mapping and mitigating critical bottlenecks in the chain to ensure cost efficiency (savings) and maximize activation rates. Identify key levers for customer engagement beyond credit and how to influence them.
- Act autonomously in modeling and extracting large volumes of complex data via SQL, transforming raw data into strategic directions that guide the product growth roadmap.
- Develop, validate, and defend complex financial feasibility studies before leadership, connecting product initiatives directly to business health indicators like LTV, CAC, and churn control.
- Implement, structure, and disseminate the end-to-end testing framework, elevating the technical level of our analyses and ensuring solid conclusions and recommendations.
- Design and ensure the governance of performance dashboards (KPIs) for senior leadership, translating metrics and technical analyses into clear and actionable business narratives.
- Architect automation solutions for data collection and processing, ensuring recurring analyses operate with maximum agility, accuracy, and autonomy.
- Act as the primary strategic link between product tribes, operations, and senior leadership (C-level), persuasively communicating complex strategies, aligning expectations, and removing barriers.
Requirements:
- Analytical Capacity and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, measure impacts clearly, and break them down into prioritized action plans.
- Advanced SQL Mastery: Consolidated experience in extracting, manipulating, and modeling complex data to support decision-making.
- Business Vision and Unit Economics: Strong understanding of P&L (Profit and Loss) and the key financial result levers, connecting product metrics to business sustainability.
- Experimentation Culture and Statistics: Practical experience in designing, executing, and statistically analyzing A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies.
- Influence-Based Leadership: Autonomous, proactive, and resilient profile with the ability to engage and align multidisciplinary teams without formal authority.
- Strategic Thinking: Focus on long-term vision combined with short-term execution capability, ensuring consistent delivery.
