Tasks

• Step outside your comfort zone to deliver robust results within short timeframes that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced start-up/scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, VC, or at least 2 years of experience founding and running your own company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Fluent communication in both English and German (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely to different audiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment; be a self-starter with a high sense of ownership, strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Passion for contributing to energy-efficient buildings and a sustainable future.
