Your Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for recruiting within Corporate Functions (Finance, Controlling, Legal, HR, Payroll, Sales, Business Development).
• Conduct needs analyses and develop suitable job profiles in close coordination with hiring managers.
• Manage high-volume, quality-oriented candidate sourcing and management.
• Assume end-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders.
• Build and continuously maintain talent pools and candidate networks.
• Actively contribute to the professionalization of the company's recruiting processes.

Your Qualifications

• Several years of recruiting experience, primarily gained in in-house recruiting.
• Experience in recruiting for Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal).
• A genuine passion and calling for recruiting, not just a necessity.
• A high degree of independence and proactivity.
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a strong ownership mentality.
• Reliability, resilience, and assertiveness.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Very good German and English language skills.
