
The Consumer Marketing team at DoorDash is dedicated to bringing the mission of empowering local economies to life for millions of consumers. The New Vertical Consumer Integrated Marketing team specifically focuses on connecting customers with everything beyond restaurants—groceries, alcohol, convenience, and retail. They build category awareness, drive trial, and foster repeat ordering habits. The Habitation role within this team focuses on helping new customers develop consistent ordering habits within New Verticals through insight-driven storytelling, cross-channel media strategies, and collaboration with product and pricing teams.
As an Associate Manager, Consumer Integrated Marketing – New Verticals Habituation, you will lead strategies to deepen engagement and drive retention for DoorDash’s New Verticals. You will develop audience-first, insight-driven strategies and build go-to-market plans spanning on- and off-platform channels. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing, this role focuses on identifying, testing, and scaling habituation opportunities to encourage consumers to try new categories and drive Monthly Active User (MAU) growth. This role combines marketing strategy across product marketing, growth marketing, and lifecycle strategy, offering the chance to shape both new initiatives and scaled programs.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the range of $108,800—$160,000 USD, determined by factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This role may also include equity grants.
