As an Enterprise Account Director, you will be a key player in building new relationships (100% hunter role) with high-growth digital, cloud software companies, and large enterprises. Your Key Responsibilities

Territory Management and Revenue Generation

  • Develop and drive sales strategies, discussing industry trends with a strong focus on new logo opportunity creation and prospecting.
  • Analyze assigned account base to identify focus accounts for prospecting and opportunity creation.
  • Create and present sales and revenue forecasts.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue and profits.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate across the sales organization for timely quote provision and order processing.
  • Work with engineering and technical teams on project scope, managing diverse functional teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Support implementation through ongoing customer contact and ensure a smooth transition to customer success management.

What You’ll Bring

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience selling to large Multinational Enterprise companies.
  • Extensive knowledge of International Messaging (SMS, WABA, etc.), Voice, and Video products/solutions in SaaS or PaaS models.
  • Proven experience building solid relationships with mid-level and senior executives across business, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Previous experience partnering with a strong PreSales Consultant.
  • A self-starter attitude, creativity, and curiosity, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience Considered a Plus:

  • Solution-oriented sales approach across the full delivery lifecycle, driving company growth by maintaining a healthy new business pipeline.
  • Close collaboration with the pre-sales team to design innovative CPaaS solutions for prospects migrating communication infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Consistently executing actions to meet revenue plans.
  • Contributing to and building the regional plan with a focus on quick execution.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting, acting as a business leader to build predictable, recurring revenue.

Where You Will Work

This is a remote position in the United States. Some travel to customers will be required. Sponsorship is not available; legal authorization to work in the USA is required.

This role follows a Commission Compensation structure with a 50/50 split. The estimated pay range is $120,304 - $157,899 USD.
