Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Lead the entire recruiting process from concept to the start of operations for new operations centers.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for the acquisition of specialists and managers.
• Build and lead a team of permanent employees and freelancers.
• In close coordination with project management, conduct needs analyses and create corresponding job descriptions.
• Develop and implement active sourcing strategies, ensuring candidate management even with high volume.
• Ensure a coordinated balance of expectations between business requirements and available personnel capacity.
• Regular visits to project locations are part of your responsibilities, as is coordinating on-site activities.
• Maintain close contact with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally complemented by an industrial or operations background.
• Characterized by independence, proactivity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Willingness to travel and temporal flexibility are part of your profile.
• Possess strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Proficient and routine handling of recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Speak very good German and English.
• Reliability, a strong sense of ownership, and assertiveness round off your profile.
