Your Role
As an Academic Coach, your mission is to ensure every Learning Heroes student receives the necessary support, encouragement, and guidance to successfully complete their training. You will act as the human bridge between the training area and the student, proactively and intelligently monitoring progress, maximizing program completion rates, boosting engagement, and ensuring no student is left behind. Your efforts will guarantee an excellent learning experience, transforming students into true heroes of disruptive technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding new students, explaining the ecosystem, and conducting periodic follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, or video calls.
- Proactively identifying student blockages or difficulties and applying personalized strategies to motivate them and reduce dropout rates.
- Guiding students through disruptive technology content (AI, Trading, Crypto), from beginner to advanced levels.
- Agilely escalating complex doubts to trainers or the technical team.
- Collaborating with Training, Product, and Support teams to optimize materials, processes, and the overall student experience.
- Participating in the creation of engagement dynamics, gamification, and community initiatives.
- Maintaining CRM and tracking systems, reporting key metrics (attendance, satisfaction, interaction, completion rates).
Skills We're Looking For
- Proactive Support & Empathy: Strong ability to connect with people, identify challenges, and provide personalized motivation.
- Passion for Tech-Academic Support: Enthusiasm for disruptive technologies (AI, Trading, Crypto) and ability to guide students through them.
- Continuous Improvement & Engagement: A drive for enhancing student experience through feedback and engaging initiatives.
- Autonomy, Organization & Metrics: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment and track key performance indicators.
- Experience: 1-3 years in student support, customer success, or academic coaching, preferably in startups or digital education projects.
Work Environment
- Modality: 100% Remote (LATAM)
- Contract: Flexible hours, part-time (20 hours per week).
