Internal Development Program for Commercial Credit Specialists

Program Overview

Our internal development program offers multi-month externships in our commercial credit divisions, qualifying you for higher-level responsibilities. We aim to leverage your potential for our medium and long-term personnel planning through targeted development to prepare you for future requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independent evaluation of balance sheets and preparation of ratings.
• Accompanying extensive and interesting investments – from client discussions through creditworthiness classification to credit approval.
• Participation in coordination meetings between client advisors and market management to jointly address customer needs.
• Contributing to the calculation of company valuations.
• Sales support through sales-oriented balance sheet analysis.
• Valuation of real estate and collateral.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a bank clerk (or comparable qualification).
• Also suitable for students who have started or completed their studies.
• Interest in economic contexts and regional companies.
• Flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness.
