Werkstudent (m/f/d) Zahlungsabgleich & Kundensupport bei Credibur

Credibur is a Berlin Fintech startup building the infrastructure for managing credit portfolios between alternative lenders and institutional investors.

You will ensure that payments are processed correctly and that customers in difficult situations have a competent point of contact. We are looking for two working students for payment reconciliation and customer support.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assign payments to open receivables; review system suggestions; clarify and manually assign unassigned transactions.
• Professionally and empathetically handle incoming tickets, live chat, and phone calls (inbound).
• Escalate cases that cannot be resolved according to defined procedures.
• Actively report recurring issues – your input will flow directly into the further development of our processes.
• Document work carefully.

Your Qualifications:

• Initial experience in customer service, administrative processing, or a related field – specialized training will be provided by us.
• Enrolled at a German university.
• Fluent German (C1+) and English.
• High degree of accuracy; enjoyment of structured, recurring tasks.
• Empathetic and calm communication style.
• Confident use of web-based tools and dashboards.
• Self-organized and able to work independently.
• Residency in Berlin (on-site presence required during onboarding, hybrid thereafter).
