We offer a minijob as an interviewer in telephone market research, which you can also do 100% nationwide from your home office. No travel to the workplace, no wasted time - your new job takes place in the home office.

Responsibilities

If you enjoy making phone calls, want to survey people over the phone using a predefined questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research.

What We Do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can be incorporated into the development of products or services and into public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to ask for opinions – but does not sell anything or advertise. It's about scientific studies.

The activity is possible in the home office during the following times:

• Weekdays: Mon-Fri between 3:45 PM - 8:45 PM
• Weekend: Sat-Sun between 10:00 AM - 3:15 PM

You can freely choose your working hours within these periods. An engagement should last at least 3 hours.

Qualifications

Good telephone interviewers possess the following important qualities:

• Enjoyment of phone calls and interacting with people.
• A friendly and likeable telephone voice.
• Clear and articulate pronunciation.
• Confident demeanor on the phone.
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment.
• A careful and precise way of working.
• Good PC skills.
• The minijob as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.
• Minimum age of 18 years.

Since you will be performing this task as part of a minijob, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other employment are required.
