Partner Account Executive (EMEA - French Market)

About the Role

Akamai is seeking a driven Partner Account Executive to lead the development and growth of our Channel Sales and Delivery program within EMEA. You will manage, develop, and recruit partners to sell, service, and support customers and prospects, with the ultimate goal of expanding customer bases and increasing revenues while reducing the cost of sales and services. You will be instrumental in developing innovative and unique solutions in collaboration with our partners.

What You'll Do

  • Work in partnership with client and account executives to sell Akamai services within the French market.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive business plan for success.
  • Drive pipeline development, business development, strategic selling, marketing, enablement, and new product development.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to maximize territory opportunities through new accounts and meet sales quotas.
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline with forecast accuracy to prospective customers in collaboration with your partners.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Akamai propositions and products to effectively identify potential partnerships.
  • Manage and lead contract negotiations when recruiting new partners to ensure a seamless service.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Relevant experience in Channel Sales and Partner Management.
  • Experience within the technology industry, particularly in Security and Cloud.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for building trusted relationships with partners across various levels of seniority.
  • High ethics, integrity, and humility, with a desire to operate as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
