About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be the crucial link in our brand partnerships, assisting our retail customers in managing and displaying their products effectively. This role involves working independently at various retailer locations within a predetermined territory, reporting directly to a District Manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement plan-o-gram updates.
• Stock displays or shelves.
• Complete surveys and audits.
• Assist in store remodels.
• Tag products with security materials.
• Service multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis.
• Work independently on-site at retailer locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Independent thinker, problem solver, and decision-maker.
• Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis for scheduling, reporting, and expense management.
• Effective time management skills.
• High ethical standards in all work practices.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Able to meet the physical demands of the job.
• Must be able to perform actions such as reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
