About the Role: Product Marketing Manager
This pivotal role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be instrumental in developing and executing differentiated go-to-market (GTM) plans, ensuring our product positioning, messaging, and storytelling resonate powerfully with customers and prospects. Your work will directly contribute to competitive positioning, sales growth, product adoption, and customer retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and the broader Marketing team to craft and communicate compelling product value propositions across various channels.
- Support end-to-end GTM strategy, planning, project management, and execution for new product and feature launches.
- Partner with campaign managers and creative teams to execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including demand generation, in-product communication, social media, and email marketing.
- Develop essential enablement assets for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing partners to effectively convey product value.
- Lead competitive research and analysis, creating battle cards and enhancing competitive enablement across departments.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to identify strategies for competitive campaigns and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Act as a lead Product Marketing Manager for other initiatives such as events, product partnerships, integrations, and adoption campaigns.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing functions, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- High creativity and proficiency in leveraging templates, creative software, and AI for asset development.
- Proven experience in competitive research and analysis, with the ability to synthesize findings.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for market and customer insights.
- Strong collaborative and cross-functional experience with leadership, product, sales, and support teams.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
- A self-starter with a bias for action, comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Benefits and Compensation:
- Compensation Range: $89,402 - $109,269 USD (depending on location).
- Health Insurance: 100% employer-paid premiums for Medical HDHP, Dental, and Vision for employees; 70% for dependents.
- Retirement: 401K match.
- Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office/2 days remote if local) or fully Remote.
- Time Off: 12 paid Company Holidays, 2 paid Volunteer Time Off days, starting at 15 days PTO (increasing with tenure).
- Leave: Paid parental and adoption leave.
