The Role

We are hiring multiple AI/ML Engineers to join our Synthetic Data Platform team. This is a greenfield project, central to Cint’s 2026 product strategy, focused on building new, industry-leading products that leverage AI to understand and simulate respondent behavior. Key product areas include:

• Survey Augmentation: Filling missing survey responses.
• Audience Profiling: Predicting respondent characteristics.
• Agentic Insights: Answering research questions using existing data.

The Team

You will be part of our AI/ML team in Prague, collaborating closely with engineers focused on augmentation and profile modeling, the data science team, and a Product Manager dedicated to the Synthetic Data roadmap. Customer pilots are already underway, with feedback actively shaping the product direction.

What You'll Do:

• Build production-grade augmentation and profile models: Design, train, evaluate, and deploy models using real survey data, managing the entire lifecycle from experiment to production.
• Innovate on solutions: Drive the development of the industry's leading simulation of survey responses by designing experiments, baselines, and models.
• Utilize the latest technology: Leverage and fine-tune open-weights LLMs, build custom architectures, or integrate third-party models via API to achieve optimal results.
• Partner with Data Science: Collaborate to ensure the integrity of statistical testing and the experiment framework.
• Leverage AI tooling: Employ tools like Claude Code and agentic programming where appropriate to enhance productivity.

What You Bring:

• Excellent programming skills, with proficiency in Python. Java knowledge is a plus.
• Solid understanding of traditional machine learning tools and techniques (e.g., support vector machines, gradient boosting).
• Knowledge of LLMs and their architecture, with practical experience in fine-tuning methods like LoRA or distillation.
• Proficiency in SQL; Databricks knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, such as AWS.
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and knowledge expansion.
• Confidence in owning conclusions and effectively presenting them to shape outcomes.
