About the Role

ElevenLabs is establishing its inaugural Canadian go-to-market team and seeks a founding Account Executive based in Canada. This role is crucial for building our Canadian strategy from the ground up, focusing on partnering with organizations to leverage our breakthrough voice technology for new experiences and monetization. You will work closely with the GM of Canada to define and execute our approach.

In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a new portfolio of accounts across various industries adopting conversational AI.
  • Identify business opportunities where ElevenLabs' AI capabilities can enhance user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
  • Develop your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including use cases, competitors, and emerging trends.
  • Demonstrate expertise, or a strong willingness to learn, about conversational AI and its value across customer support, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLMs, or API platforms.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and execute a disciplined outbound sales strategy.
  • A versatile, autonomous, and driven operator comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
  • Expertise or strong willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality focused on client satisfaction and scale.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is a plus.

Location:

  • This role is remote-first and can be based anywhere in Canada, with a preference for Toronto candidates.
  • A monthly co-working stipend is provided for those not located near a hub.
