About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing & Design Specialist to join our Marketing team. This pivotal role will focus on increasing Osano's brand awareness by creating high-volume, high-impact content across LinkedIn, video, and design. You will collaborate with the Content Strategist, transforming campaign briefs and ideas into polished, published content, ideal for someone who can quickly take ownership of tasks and deliver at pace.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation

  • Produce high-quality graphics, visuals, and short-form written content optimized for social media, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Create short-form video content, utilizing tools to bring scripts to life.
  • Support integrated campaign execution by developing content assets across all funnel stages.
  • Expand Osano's content presence and audience on LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Produce promotional and creative content for marketing events.

Design

  • Serve as the primary design resource for the team, creating on-brand visual assets for campaigns, social media, email, and the website.
  • Ensure consistent application of the Osano brand style guide across all content.
  • Develop templates to enable the broader team to produce consistent, high-quality content independently.

Operations & Process

  • Work within a structured, project-based cadence for planning, creation, and analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including with product managers for release-related content.
  • Track content performance and align assets with campaign goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Offer general support to the marketing department on various projects.

About You:

  • Curious, self-directed, and motivated to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating clarity.
  • Passionate about privacy, responsible AI, and building trustworthy technology.
  • Committed to finding the best, most responsible ways to leverage AI, avoiding overselling or ignoring its limitations.

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Proficient writing skills, especially for short-form and LinkedIn content, with the ability to publish at high volume.
  • Ability to distill complex topics into simple, visually engaging formats.
  • Short-form video creation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in a design tool (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite) for producing polished, brand-aligned assets independently.
  • Strong self-management skills for handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication abilities.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in privacy, legal tech, compliance, SaaS, or a regulated industry.
  • Previous agency experience transitioning to an in-house role.
  • Expertise in social channels beyond LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with marketing/project management tools like HubSpot or Notion.
  • Familiarity with AI tooling.
