About the Role

Reporting to the Facilities Contract Lead, this permanent, full-time role is responsible for maintaining all LWB properties in a safe, secure, and suitable condition for employees, clients, and visitors. You will collaborate closely with the Facilities Maintenance Vendor to manage property vacates, maintenance, and compliance. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your preferred location in Australia, with occasional travel and office-based work required. You may also be required to be on-call every four weeks for a seven-day period, with compensation provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage day-to-day relationships with the facilities maintenance vendor, supporting site escalations, quality, time, and safety reviews, EOT requests, site access issues, modification requests, commercial cleaning, and PSI inspection processing.
  • Maintain an up-to-date property database and action all tickets promptly.
  • Coordinate maintenance planning and execution to minimize disruption to properties and clients.
  • Ensure work order closure, validation, and cost reconciliation of invoices.
  • Coordinate maintenance on leased properties with managing agents/landlords.
  • Validate invoices via the portal and cross-check quotes against received invoices.
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted and compliant with LWB policies and procedures.
  • Verify that all LWB properties meet HSE requirements and comply with current legislative standards.
  • Manage the delivery of annual Property Safe Inspections for all properties.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for service and delivery improvements and make recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • A Class C Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • Proficiency with facilities management software programs.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timeframes.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including peers, employees, and external organizations.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check.
