About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for new Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support customers post-sale. Your responsibility is to guide them through the integration process, from internal hand-off to successful deployment and hand-off to the sustained TAM. This role is crucial for setting customers up for long-term engagement and success.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new Mid-Market CrowdStrike Premium Support Customers.
- Collaborate with customers and account teams to define and achieve success criteria within the first 90 days.
- Provide project leadership for new customer implementations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as a customer advocate with internal CrowdStrike stakeholders, ensuring feedback is documented and assessed.
- Engage with customers across all organizational levels, from SOC analysts to the C-suite.
- Research and resolve customer technical issues promptly, providing recommendations and action plans.
- Escalate customer issues to management when necessary, maintaining ownership of resolution.
- Leverage internal technical expertise to provide effective solutions.
- Create knowledge base content to capture and share learnings.
- Participate in technical communications to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
- Identify renewal risks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful renewals.
- Drive support cases to ensure timely issue resolution.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security, and cutting-edge infrastructures.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to establish technical credibility quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative attitude.
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- ITIL or PMP Certification.
- 5+ years of Customer Success/Project Management/Technical Account Management experience in a SaaS organization.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.

Compensation
- U.S. Base Salary Range: $86,000 - $135,000 per year.
