Clinical Operations Requirements Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with clinical operations teams, including Care Management, Quality, Population Health, and Customer Service.
• Identify, prioritize, and collect requirements for Rose’s use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Manage the requirements gathering process from initiation to final approval.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in requirements analysis within a clinical operations setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
