Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience leading engineering teams (junior and mid-level), or a seasoned engineer ready to take that next step
Strong Python proficiency with FastAPI

SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Security awareness and compliance standards
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
