• Strong foundational knowledge of computer science and software engineering.
• Comfort with data structures, algorithms, system design, and clean coding principles.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and logically.
• Advanced-level English communication skills.
• Confidence and clarity when reasoning through technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain real client projects across the stack.
• Participate in system design discussions and coding tasks.
• Collaborate in mock interviews and technical discussions to grow as a team.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly with the team and clients.
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code.

Preferred Technical Background

• Frontend: React · Next.js · TypeScript · JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js · Python · FastAPI · Flask · Express
• Databases: PostgreSQL · MongoDB · MySQL
• Cloud: AWS · Azure · GCP
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, or modern developer platforms is a plus.
