Lead Python Backend Engineer

Location: Warsaw (fully remote)
Job Type: Full-time (minimum 30h per week)

About Reef Technologies

We are building a trustless supercluster of performance-proofed GPU-enabled sandboxed docker container runners controlled by truly decentralized algorithms (not just PAXOS or RAFT). Join us to work on complex technical challenges with a team of senior engineers.

Salary (B2B Contract):

Hourly: 75–90 USD or 300–380 PLN per hour.
Monthly (40h/week): 12,600–15,120 USD or 48,000–60,800 PLN.
Flexible work schedule (as measured with a time tracker).
Rates automatically adjusted based on inflation twice a year.

Requirements:

2+ years of team management experience.
5+ years of programming experience (including at least a year with Python).
Open source contributions and significant personal projects count towards experience.
