About

We are an innovative food startup with four established brands (Besser im Glas, Bubble Pop, PRO2BE, Honest Coco) and a new smoothie brand in development. We are a team of over 29 people dedicated to strong visual branding. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer passionate about design and brand identity to maintain and enhance our visual strength.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the visual implementation of our brands, from packaging design to social media assets and campaign materials.
• Work concurrently on multiple brands with diverse target audiences, tonalities, and styles, always keeping the brand core in focus.
• Independently develop design concepts from idea to final implementation.
• Create print-ready files with meticulous attention to detail.
• Serve as the point of contact for all visual aspects within the team, both internally and externally.
• Contribute to new brand launches from the initial mood board to the complete brand presence, building the visual concept.
• Intensively utilize and integrate AI tools into the creative workflow.

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in Design, Communication Design, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with the ability to structure and prioritize projects independently.
• Very proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Demonstrable portfolio showcasing diverse projects and styles.
• Ability to empathize with different brand worlds and subordinate personal style to the brand's needs.
• Structured and independent work style.
