Then we look forward to hearing from you! As a working student (m/f/d) in the HR team, you will support us with a wide range of personnel management tasks and gain deep insights into daily HR work.

Responsibilities

• Support in recruiting – from job posting to applicant management
• Creation of employment contracts, work and interim references, and certificates
• Preparation of onboarding documents and welcome processes
• Maintenance and administration of master personnel data and HR systems
• Creation of reports and analyses
• Participation in HR projects, e.g., in personnel development or cultural topics
• Research on current HR trends and best practices

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology, or similar.
• First experiences in the HR field (e.g., through internships) are an advantage, but not a must.
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Discretion and diligence in handling sensitive personnel data
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
