From these high-quality tissue samples, they develop 2D and 3D cell models to validate target molecules and develop therapies in environments closely mimicking the patient.

Responsibilities

• Timely creation of monthly reporting, including forecasts and audience-appropriate commentary.
• Contribution to the further development and optimization of monthly reporting.
• Participation in the budget and planning process.
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses and reports.
• Building, further development, and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI applications.
• Management and maintenance of corporate insurance policies.
• Support in the creation and evaluation of business cases.
• Participation in the definition and further development of internal KPIs.
• Acting as a sparring partner for specialist departments on business management issues.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable degree program with a focus on controlling/finance.
• Initial practical experience in controlling, finance, or management consulting in a comparable position.
• Good knowledge in the creation and analysis of reports, as well as a strong understanding of numbers and processes.
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel; initial experience with Power BI or other BI tools is advantageous.
• Initial knowledge of SAP is desirable.
• Ideally, basic knowledge in planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Initial experience in insurance management is advantageous.
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a structured and careful working method.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist departments.
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and high motivation for professional development.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
