Responsibilities

• Develop creative core ideas and communication concepts that go beyond individual measures.
• Think in terms of goals, target groups, and results, not just layouts and campaigns. Question briefings, recognize opportunities, and contribute own ideas that advance clients.
• Take responsibility for projects and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to clients.
• Understand the importance of content and how to enhance it through sophisticated designs.
• Work closely with colleagues from client consulting and project management to ensure measurable impact across all communication channels, from magazines and annual reports to websites, social media, and campaign motifs.
• Work confidently in both print and digital realms, understanding their respective strengths, requirements, and possibilities.

Requirements

• Completed design studies and professional experience, preferably in an agency setting. Proficient in conception and design.
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life using the Adobe Creative Suite, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Figma.
• Observe and apply new technologies and tools, such as AI-powered content creation and innovative design workflows.
• Possess creativity, a good sense for effective advertising, an understanding of usability, and the ability to assess trends and distinguish sustainable developments from short-lived hype.
• Available for part-time or full-time employment.
