About the Role

Manufacturing Technology Engineering Tires (MTE Tires) at the Hannover-Stöcken location is responsible for tire construction technology worldwide. We develop new manufacturing technologies, supervise ongoing production, and support and optimize production conditions with logistics and IT. Digital Manufacturing Technology focuses on developing, standardizing, and implementing competitive IT interface solutions across global Tire Manufacturing. This is an internship position starting in August 2026, ideally for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support with the implementation of Cybersecurity community worldwide.
• Support on delivering the contents in our Connext community.
• Develop Power BI reports for Cybersecurity KPIs.
• Develop Cybersecurity Office reports.
• Support with scripts for getting data from current tools.
• Support the creation of technology communities in Teams, Connext, and associated Sharepoints.
• Help with the marketing concept for the community.
• Support the startup phase of the Technology Community.
• Help with associated community calls.
• Assist in the preparation of related internal international events.
• Optimize communication in the technology community.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, IT Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Operating Systems.
• First experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Understanding of networking and security controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Structured and analytical working style.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
