Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process and applicant management to find the right talent.
• Manage the employee lifecycle.
• Define staffing strategies, select communication channels, and implement innovative, target-group-specific recruitment strategies and personnel marketing/employer branding measures (e.g., job fairs, events, mailings).
• Accompany candidates from the initial interview to contract signing.
• Stay current with recruiting trends and build a sustainable talent pool through continuous screening and active sourcing.
• Shape the company culture and contribute to employee retention and engagement.
• Handle routine tasks such as HR data management, ensuring legal compliance, and contract administration.

Requirements

• Expertise in managing recruiting processes, using various recruiting channels and social media platforms, and active sourcing experience.
• Several years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally within an agile environment, consulting firms, or the service sector.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and professional appearance.
• Enjoyment of recurring tasks such as maintaining the applicant and employee database.
• Completed degree (Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar) or a commercial apprenticeship in HR.
