Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales targets and resolve daily issues to drive growth in JazzCash & Postpaid Sales and Franchise/Retail Business Development.
  • Conduct daily market visits and retail audits to ensure stock availability.
  • Manage assigned franchises on a daily basis, ensuring visibility of daily reports and strong follow-up.
  • Build relationships and facilitate smooth operations through the franchise and retail network.
  • Drive Retail & Distribution network development by engaging Franchise staff and Distributors.
  • Focus on enablers such as BVS Activation, EVC, Market Float management, DO service levels, and Recharge performance.
  • Achieve target KPIs including Recharge, Gross Ads (pre & postpaid), JazzCash (DR, Cash-In & M-Wallet), MBB (Data Devices), and Active Retail Base.
  • Devise plans to increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittances, and postpaid numbers.
  • Engage retailers in planning BTL activities based on target achievement.
  • Optimize utilization of Trade Marketing.
  • Expand channel footprint and improve KPIs for minimum balance and retailer servicing for JazzCash and Voice.
  • Manage Territory Integrity & Infringement Control.
  • Develop healthy relations with retailers and franchise owners.
  • Continuously review and improve JazzCash & Voice KPIs.
  • Proactively bring forward new ideas and processes for team betterment.
  • Motivate and counsel franchise and retail channel stakeholders, explaining the profitability model.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver on challenging projects and take end-to-end responsibility.
  • Ability to work both remotely and under supervision to improve sales and distribution channel effectiveness.
  • Experience in achieving monthly KPI targets such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, Cash in, and MNP.
  • Ability to increase business penetration in assigned areas and meet assigned targets.
  • Experience in strengthening & developing the Channel.
  • Relevant experience in sales management & channel development.
