Our goal is simple: to become the most trusted service business in the world. We are seeking a passionate, resourceful, and highly organized Account Executive to join the Client Services team. This role is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals beginning their career in client relationship management and sales support.

Responsibilities

Management Information and Data Analytics

  • Provide accurate, timely MI reports for specified accounts, accompanied by positive commentary reinforcing the service value.
  • Produce governance packs for monthly and quarterly client reviews.
  • Suggest ongoing improvements to reporting tools and business processes within Client Services.
  • Carry out ad hoc deep dive investigations or reports as required.

Account Management

  • Assume full responsibility for the account management of designated small accounts.
  • Address and resolve day-to-day client queries or issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Intervene promptly in matters related to member satisfaction to ensure swift resolution and minimize potential impact.
  • Ensure lifestyle managers and the operational team are fully informed of any pertinent changes to the scheme or communications.
  • Take ownership of positive testimonial packages, ensuring favorable news is communicated externally and internally.
  • Issue invoices promptly and ensure payments are received without delay.

Marketing and Communications

  • Brief, monitor, and approve specific mailers for clients, ensuring tailored content to drive uptake.
  • Ensure Operations is aware of upcoming mailers and prepared for any team impact.

Project Management and Implementation Management

  • Maintain updated trackers for designated projects and new program launches within Client Services.
  • Proactively follow up with internal stakeholders prior to deadlines to ensure tasks remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate and facilitate essential internal meetings to support governance and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop expertise in best practice processes for launching new programs within Ten.
  • Assume responsibility for client services actions necessary for the launch of new programs with specific clients.

Requirements

  • Highly organized with experience using project management tools or trackers.
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately.
  • Clear, concise, confident communicator, able to influence key stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly numeric with good data analysis skills.
  • Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex activities with multiple internal stakeholders for successful and timely client outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a virtual global team.
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal, numerical, and written communication skills.
  • Great analytical skills for reporting and data analysis.
  • High energy, ambitious, and motivated to develop within a client-facing commercial role.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams and regions.
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced client environment.

  • This role is Cape Town-based and requires candidates to commute to the office at least 2 days per week.
  • Requires a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions when working remotely.
