CreatorGlobal, in partnership with Beast Industries (founded by MrBeast), is seeking a Freelance English Subtitle Specialist to create and edit English subtitles for weekly MrBeast YouTube videos. This remote role is crucial in making content accessible to a global audience.

About the Role:
As an English Subtitle Specialist, you will own the subtitling process for MrBeast's weekly YouTube content. You'll work within a fast-paced, innovative workflow, ensuring linguistic accuracy and adherence to subtitling standards. This role requires flexibility and a keen eye for detail.

What You'll Do:

• Create accurate English subtitles for weekly YouTube content, adhering to standard subtitling rules.
• Implement feedback from team members and leadership effectively.
• Assist with subtitle versioning, conforming subtitles to new video references, and quality control (QC) of subtitles and transcripts.
• Adapt to and utilize a proprietary subtitling tool.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with leadership regarding tool issues, inconsistencies, or workflow improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Native English speaker.
• Professional subtitling experience or experience in transcription, dialogue lists, dubbing, AD script writing, subtitling templates, proofreading, and editing.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late requests and immediate task commencement upon video delivery.
• Comfort working with proprietary or non-standard tools.
• Curiosity and interest in adjacent fields like coding, motion graphics, media production, or UX (a strong plus).
• Familiarity with subtitle formats beyond SRT (e.g., ASS, VTT, formats with embedded style metadata).
• Experience with subtitling or video tools (e.g., OOONA, Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve).
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and escalate issues clearly.
• Attention to detail and reliability in delivering consistent, quality work under pressure.
