We support events and event locations in Berlin with our team.

It's important to us that you feel comfortable with us and know who you're working with. That's why you'll get to know us personally, be prepared for your first assignments, and receive training. After that, you decide which assignments suit you and your daily life.

What to Expect:

• €17 / hour to start
• Flexible assignments that fit your daily life

• Personal contact persons
• Training and preparation before your first assignments
• A young team where people know each other and support each other
• Regular team events
• The opportunity to take on more responsibility over time
• Support with on-site logistics, such as setup and dismantling, and handling event materials
• Coordination and organization of smooth event operations in collaboration with the team

Qualifications

• Fluent German and good English skills for communication with international guests
• Organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Friendly demeanor, team spirit, and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Independent work style and sense of responsibility

Gastronomy Experience?
Experience is certainly welcome, but not a prerequisite. If you are motivated, open to meeting people, and eager to learn something new, we will teach you the most important basics.

You don't have to be a professional. What's more important to us is that you are reliable, approach people in a friendly manner, and keep a cool head even when things get a bit hectic. A well-groomed appearance and respectful interaction with guests and your colleagues are a matter of course for us.
