About the Role

As the commercial team focuses on deals for companies with 200+ employees in new and existing market segments, we are seeking exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing sales team in the UK. This role offers a unique opportunity to build the partner/sales business across the region by serving IT professionals and business stakeholders who aim to improve their organization's security posture and IT effectiveness. The target market includes SMEs and companies up to a few thousand employees, many of whom rely on IT service partners for Identity Access Management / Directory Services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Apply and operationalize the MEDDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodology throughout the sales cycle to enhance qualification, deal progression, forecasting, and win rates.
  • Leverage AI-driven sales tools for prospecting, account research, pipeline intelligence, call analysis, forecasting, and opportunity prioritization.
  • Drive business growth across the United Kingdom, understanding local market dynamics, buying behavior, channel ecosystem, and compliance.
  • Build strategic relationships with CTOs, CISOs, Engineering Leaders, IT Directors, MSPs, and Google Workspace partners/resellers.
  • Utilize AI-enabled platforms (Gong, Sales Navigator, intent data platforms, conversational intelligence tools) to improve conversion rates.

We're Looking For

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong for enterprise sales execution and pipeline management.
  • Proven experience implementing and working within MEDDIC or MEDDPICC frameworks in SaaS or cybersecurity sales.
  • AI-savvy seller experienced in leveraging generative AI and sales automation tools for account planning, personalized outreach, forecasting, competitive analysis, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA commercial and mid-market technology landscape, including channel-led and partner-driven sales motions.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, identity management, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, or IT infrastructure solutions is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders in multi-threaded sales opportunities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Minimum 7+ years of SaaS or cybersecurity technology sales experience, preferably in Identity, Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or IT domains.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex B2B sales cycles using MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Multilingual communication skills are preferred for engaging diverse stakeholders across EMEA.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted sales workflows, modern sales engagement platforms, and data-driven prospecting techniques is preferred.

Bonus Points

  • B.Tech and MBA are preferred but not required.

Location

JumpCloud® is Remote First. This role is remote in England. You must be located in and authorized to work in England.

Language

Internal business is conducted in English. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. Interviews and screening will be primarily in English.
