About the Role:

As a Recruiter, you will support hiring across Commercial and Operations, partnering closely with stakeholders, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a candidate experience that reflects Bolt's pace and ambition. You will manage the entire hiring process for local and global roles, from sourcing to closing.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for local and global roles.
• Build effective sourcing strategies and craft compelling outreach to attract top talent.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Use tools like Greenhouse, Brighthire, and Gem to manage hiring processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their needs, and provide updates throughout the process.
• Contribute to team projects and share ideas to improve recruitment processes.

About You:

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring across various functions and levels.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and interview strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive, intelligence, and integrity.
