Personalreferent (m/f/d) - HR Generalist

Join our team in Brandenburg an der Havel as a dedicated HR Generalist (m/f/d) and become a key contact for our employees and management in all HR-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management on all HR-related issues.
• Prepare employment contracts, termination agreements, certificates, and other HR documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of job advertisements.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and candidate communication.
• Participate in candidate selection and conduct interviews.
• Organize occupational health services.
• Maintain the time tracking system and the recruiting module.
• Manage personnel files.
• Support payroll preparation.
• Act as a liaison with external institutions and authorities.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree (ideally with a focus on HR) or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR management software.
• Good knowledge of English and labor law is advantageous.
• Independent and responsible work style, strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Loyalty, discretion, and reliability.
