About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic advisor and support for our leadership in all aspects of HR. You will play a key role in developing and expanding effective organizational structures and supporting the business's growth objectives. Mobile working (hybrid) is possible.
Responsibilities
- Advise and support managers on various strategic and operational HR topics.
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees and managers regarding collective bargaining, works constitution, labor law, and personnel management issues.
- Identify HR trends and initiate sustainable improvement measures.
- Design and adapt local HR policies, considering legal requirements and company standards.
- Ensure the implementation of global Xylem policies at the country level and translate them into effective local processes.
- Act as a change enabler, actively driving organizational change processes.
- Support managers and teams in successfully implementing and developing changes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR experience through project ownership.
- Collaborate closely with the Works Council, including the design and negotiation of works agreements.
- Work with HR colleagues globally and regionally to achieve standards aligned with the global HR strategy.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) or in comparable positions.
- Motivated by developing solutions collaboratively, with a strong pragmatic approach.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- Experience with employee representation/unions, negotiating works agreements, and knowledge of labor and works constitution law.
- Excellent communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills when interacting with stakeholders.
