Susan Lange Personalberatung is looking for an HR-Assistentin (m/f/d) to strengthen the team of a regional company in Rostock.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Manager and the department in all matters.
• General office organization and administrative tasks.
• Advise and support employees on HR-related questions.
• Project management tasks.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities (e.g., placing job advertisements, participating in fairs and events).

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
• Ideally, professional experience in Human Resources and Project Management.
• High level of self-motivation, teamwork ability, and resilience.
• Fluent German (min. C1) and good English language skills.
• Very good MS Office skills; DATEV knowledge is desirable.
• Strong contact and communication skills.
