The Opportunity:
ELVTR, a premier online education platform, is seeking a proactive, business-minded HR People Partner to strengthen team effectiveness, performance, and employee experience as we scale globally. This strategic role partners with managers to shape a high-performing, engaged, and resilient organization.

Who You Are:

  • Business-Oriented HR Partner: Understands HR as a driver of business outcomes, connecting people decisions to performance, retention, and growth.
  • Performance & Engagement Champion: Comfortable addressing complex people matters, providing feedback, and guiding managers through challenging situations.
  • Data-Driven & Insightful: Uses metrics and signals to translate HR data into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive & Ownership-Driven: Identifies risks early and takes responsibility for solving them.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance management, development, retention, offboarding).
  • Conduct regular check-ins to monitor engagement, well-being, and performance, proactively identifying risks.
  • Partner with Department Heads and Team Leads to strengthen team effectiveness and resolve people matters.
  • Lead and support leadership and team development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Support compensation and performance review processes.
  • Continuously improve HR processes, frameworks, and policies.
  • Contribute to strategic HR initiatives supporting organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or similar HR role.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, partnering effectively with managers and employees.
  • Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership.

  • Coaching or mentoring experience.
