About the Role:
We are seeking a diligent and responsible Accounting Staff member who is comfortable working with numbers and details. In this role, you will help ensure all transactions are recorded correctly, revenue is monitored clearly, and financial reports are meticulously prepared. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and accurately record daily financial transactions.
• Process booking data into revenue and unearned revenue records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and simple cash flow statements.
• Categorize, record, and summarize company expenses.
• Help monitor operational cash flow.
• Perform financial data reconciliation as needed.
• Coordinate with the operational team regarding booking data, payments, invoices, and other financial administration.
• Ensure financial data is stored neatly and is easily traceable.
