About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a large-scale modernization initiative focused on transforming legacy systems into modern cloud-native microservices. You will be part of an engineering squad responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted workflows. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about building scalable applications, collaborating in fast-paced environments, and leveraging AI to enhance software delivery and engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Angular.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems into microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, product stakeholders, and engineering teams.
• Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code.
• Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• .NET
• Angular
• Full Stack development
• Experience building and maintaining production applications.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments.
• Experience working within Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience working with agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven software development processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows.
• Experience with microservice architectures.
• Experience with event-driven systems.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications.
• Experience working in distributed engineering teams.
• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, animal health, or related industries.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Valid US visa.
• Willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks if needed.
