About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Managing Director / Group CFO to take overall responsibility for the group-wide commercial functions, including Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, HR, IT/ERP, and Compliance & Legal. This is a key leadership position within a successful international group, offering significant scope for shaping the company's future development.

Your Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for group-wide commercial functions: Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, HR, IT/ERP, and Compliance & Legal.
• Leadership and further development of the international commercial organization.
• Close collaboration with the CEO and COO within the management team.
• Development of processes, systems, and working methods to support company growth.
• Ensuring transparent steering and reporting structures at the group level.
• Responsibility for budget, forecast, and annual closing processes.
• Steering and further development of modern controlling and ERP structures.
• Supporting departments in developing robust business plans and decision-making foundations.
• Acting as the primary contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors, and shareholders.
• Ensuring compliance with increasing compliance requirements.

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a commercial leadership role within an industrial environment, ideally in process engineering.
• Alternatively, high development potential for the next career step into a CFO function.
• Experience in medium-sized company structures with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.
• International management experience and strong intercultural competence.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical, and entrepreneurial working style.
• Ideally, experience in M&A projects and transformation initiatives.
• Very good knowledge of modern ERP systems and proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with strong communication ability in a predominantly English-speaking business environment.
• Willingness to travel within the international corporate group.
